has anyone made billions from implementing loopholes?
I hear of some friends that started online gambling sites and made millions of euros overseas (forget a 9 to 5 right) . Others I heard have taken out 200k in student loans, used the loans to open businesses in Dominican republic and colombia... (just a couple of examples) . Anyone care to share other examples or ideas ?
