With the student visa, can you work? Or do u need to apply for an employment/work visa if u want to get a job beside studying? What exactly is the working permit? Where and how could u receive it? On the British embassy in Colombia or already in England? How much does it cost? is it enough to be able to work beside studying? Or does it come automatically with the student visa?

You can only study work with the Tier 4 visa, if you qualify. Here are the informations: http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/infs/inf29pbsstudent#21979526 If you qualify only for the student visitor visa (6 months) you will be not able to work on a visitor visa. You have to apply for a different type of visa if you want to work, for example Tier 5 - Temporary worker visa. A visa is always for a specific purpose. http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/infs/inf2visitors#21552282 Procedure from Colombia and visa fee: https://www.visainfoservices.com/Pages/Welcome.aspx - select Colombia on the front page.
