Hi. Im fourteen, and I wanted to know if there are any programs giving laptops to students?
Im fourteen and i attend school in The District of Colombia. Are there any programs out there that will give OR loan laptops to students in the DC area? any help is appreciated! Thanx EJ

we cant even manage to get enough computers into the schools and you want one for free??? get a paper route...
