I am a student looking to pursue a PhD in Economics in the U.S. What are some good schools?
I am currently a student at Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia. I am also looking for financial aid--preferably fellowships--for international students.

Some of the universities universally regarded as having excellent doctoral programs in economics include: Harvard, Princeton, New York University, University of Chicago, Stanford, UCLA, UC-Berkeley, Northwestern University, University of Pennsylvania, Yale. There are of course hundreds of others.
